• Month 3: Mobile Build + MegaGrant.
• Month 6: Shipped Beta.
• Discussion: Is this pace sustainable? (Answer: It has to be.)

Block 3: Platform & Tech Strategy (20 min)

• Multi-Platform: PC First -> Steam Deck -> Android.
• Agentic Edge: How we cheat time using AI (Move generation, content scaling).
• Netcode: Rollback is non-negotiable.

Block 4: Funding & Grants (10 min)

• Strategy: Build first, ask for money later (with Data).
• MegaGrant: Up to $150k. Cycle 1 closes March 20, 2026. Needs Vertical Slice (Month 3). Cycle 2: June 29 - Sept 4.
• NVIDIA Inception: Free, rolling, no deadline. Apply NOW for hardware + $25k-$100k AWS credits.
• Black Ambition: $20k-$100k. Applications open now (Feb 2026).
